So anyone that knows me, knows how obsessed with Youtube I am. Everything about it, interests me. I love the dynamic of how you can start out watching a beauty routine and end up watching a cat ride a bike. I have spent hours on Youtube when I should have been doing homework or attempting to keep my room clean. So, here are some of my favourite YouTubers!
Lately, I’ve been more into vlogs and comedy rather than style and fashion. I’ve been really enjoying these youtubers more and more every day. Don’t get me wrong, I still love the 12-minute beauty routines or the 20-minute try on hauls but sometimes it’s great to go onto Youtube and just genuinely enjoy watching someone else live their life. I know that sounds weird but hey, I love to see what other people are up to.
Someone I’ve really been enjoying is Alex Harrison, you might know him as InTheFrow (Victoria)’s boyfriend. He is an incredible photographer and Youtuber. He only has 8 videos uploaded but I’ve watched all of them and enjoy each one more and more. I can’t believe he hadn’t started a Youtube channel sooner, I love all the cinematic transitions and his open humour. It really makes all his videos enjoyable and keeps me watching. He’s just started Youtube and I can already see the amazing potential growth his channel has and I can’t wait to see more videos from him.
Another Youtuber I’ve been loving is Zane Hijazi. If you know how David Dobrik is, you know who Zane is. If you don’t know who either of these guys are, I feel bad for you. Zane is one of David’s best friends but has a vlog channel of his own with over a million subscribers! He mainly goofs off with his friend, Heath Hussar and drive around LA in Heath’s former truck, Big Red. (if you want to know what I mean by former, go check out their channels) *wink wink* R.I.P Big Red. I love listening to them banter about life, Josh Peck and everything else in between. Zane and his group of friends just seem like a good group to be around, to associate yourself with. They remind me of the group in high school that would be friends with everyone but never involve themselves in any of the “mainstream drama”, the videos are amazing to watch. Keep up the great work, I love it.
I’ve also been really getting into the SacconeJoly’s, they are an Irish family living in the UK with three kids and six dogs… Yes, six dogs. They daily vlog and I always find myself binge-watching their videos. My favourite member of their family is definitely Eduardo, he’s Ana and Jonathan’s (mom and dad) middle child. He is one of the cutest, happiest little boy I’ve ever seen. He also has such a great sense of humor and I squealevery time he talks because of his tiny accent. Their channel has over a million subscribers but I personally believe they should have more, they discuss world events, take their kids to swim practice and just enjoy their lives. I love taking time out of my day to see what fun, regular things they’re up to halfway around the world.
Another classic favourite is Olivia Jade. Her videos are amazing, well-planned and filled with amazing fashion advice that I desperately need. She is so effortlessly cool and has a killer Instagram. She is really growing as a YouTube, over 800k subs (go girl!) and I am so thrilled about it. One of my favourite videos of hers is “how to look bangin’ on a budget” that video hit me right in the FEELS (aka I related to it… in case you don’t understand the lingo). This video really helped me decide on what pieces I really needed to add to my closet. They helped me create more put together looks. Thanks Olivia! Keep up the great work!
Last but certainly not least, Cody Ko. I started listening to Cody’s podcast about a week ago and then his videos when he started making fun of the Paul drama (please google that). His humour is great and he is a comedian *swoon* and he is so cynical, it makes him interesting to watch. Don’t worry, I mean that as a compliment. He’s super honest in all his videos and I appreciate that. For example, people have been busting his a** because he made a joke song regarding the Paul drama and accusing him of just doing it for views. This kid fully admitted that’s why he was doing it, mad respect. He really deserves more attention as a Youtuber and I hope he gets it, 315k isn’t enough subscribers for someone this funny! I hope he keeps up all the amazing work he does to make really cool content!
Thanks for reading, please check out everyone above! xoxo
